Stop limiting Archon's Forge
Bungie, I appreciate that you learned from Court of Oryx. That was honestly some of the most fun I had in TTK. You made Forge better by having exclusive gear and making the drops end game worthy (at least for now). It's also a lot of fun with the axes that spawn and lots of enemies, so on and so forth.
So why is it when I go to the Forge it's always empty? Well, two things:
It's too hard to get a group together to do it.
It's too hard to keep it going because offerings don't drop enough and we can only hold one.
This is a big part of your new dlc. Stop holding it back and let it take center stage as a viable way to gear up. Let the offerings stack/drop way more of them and see if you can find a way to instance people into an instance with other people who may be running their own offerings.

5 AntwortenI want to thank all the cheaters that made SIVA offerings unable to be transfered. You could't play the damn game the right way and f-u-c-k-e-d the entyre community with your shit. You cheaters should be banished for life.

There's going to be a $20 DLC that's going to fix this issue. It's called rise of da forge.

I agree, at least let us hold one of each rarity of an offering.

Yes please allow us to have 6 man fire teams and hold more siva offerings ...maybe later on you could add more loot to it as well ..fallen siva based

2 AntwortenAnyone know how you get the keys needed to start an event? Totally random? Also Pro Tip - if you die and respawn yourself, you'll go up in "jail". You can use a splicer key to get out and rejoin. I actually sat in jail the entire time as I had no idea I could get out lol! Best idea is to just let your teammates revive you :)

Only being able to hold 1 offering at a time regardless of rarity is a serious pain in the ass. This along with the abysmal drop rate of skeleton keys, is putting a serious damper on my enjoyment of what is otherwise the best expansion thus far by a good chunk.

The only problem I have is the people I see around the keep won't load into my instance when entering the forge 😑👎🏻

2 AntwortenI didn't know what to expect from archon Forge until I got there. Spent 2hrs with randoms, used only 1 splicer key. Finished like 17 offerings without even paying attention. [spoiler]what was the problem with Forge again? [/spoiler]

1 AntwortenI disagree. CoO did not offer high level armor or weapon rewards so who cares if you keep running it to maybe get an exotic or legendary engram. However, since AF drops unique high level gear I like the fact that it will be harder to get said gear which makes it more unique. What's the point to make The offerings drop so often and have the ability to stockpile them so you keep running it to get gear. I like the challenge to find the offering and them it makes the run in AF more valuable to me. I know it's frustrating but trust me I think it makes it more fun. The only think I would like to see them add is a very rare Exotic offering that guarantees a rare AF unique exotic item for each class. Kind of like the class specific faction items. They could make it so you can't get the exotic offering until you complete a certain number of AF runs. Also, would like to see a special AF for holidays like FOL around Halloween with unique items. Just some ideas. Really digging ROI and I think it was a good expansion.

I feel like the cap should be raised to 5 so that way the forge keeps its uniqueness all the while making it feel a littleless like a wasted trip or if not raise the cap....at least raise the drop rate for the offerings inside while doing the forge so that way if theres a group in there at least you can stay for a bit rather than one and done

A yellow bar Dreg, Shank, or Captain bullet sponge is kind of wack Bungie. Seems like a good mode that could of been waaaaaaay better. Not hating, just want it updated with better bosses. I'm enjoying ROI so far.

2 AntwortenI hate that when trying to solo if you die that's it, there's not enough time to try and get back in and it says the forge is too dangerous, I was literally seconds away from soloing a perfected offering and I died and I couldn't get back in to finish the boss. I couldn't even activate the key and shoot him in time because he vanished. It's super frustrating because I lost my key in the process.. Why not add a timer? Like court of oryx. If you aren't inside within 10 seconds you lose. Boom. But no, you died? That's too bad -.-

That was the type of horde mode I was looking for while my friends and I were complaining about why we have to disable mines in PoE. When you get a bunch of people in there that shit is great.

I think biggest issue is the instancing which has been hellishly annoying in this game. No reason that they can't A) increase spawn rate to correspond with more guardians in a zone, and B) increase instance cap. Many times you go into an empty or near empty one.

1 AntwortenThe issue I ran into last night was when there are people in the area outside the forge and they get your attention asking you to go into the forge with them (or vice versa) and then you follow them only to be placed in a different instance. This happened a few times to me last night.
