Did anyone tear up when the ghost
Told you , your his best friend .And he reminded you how he went great lengths to find you.
I almost cried.
Man tears.
I have a feeling something is going to happen to our ghost soon.

My best friend and I played this game since the beta and loved it. Him and I played Halo 3 and Reach a lot so this was right up our alley. He was the only friend of mine with an Xbox one as well hence the only one I played with really. He was my brother. We had a hive mind of sorts when we joked around and hung out. Destiny allowed us to play together when we weren't at each other's places or doing some stupid shit. About a month after HoW dropped however, he was in a fatal car accident that completely turned my world upside down. Ever since then I've been battling depression and anxiety in fear that something can happen like this to me or my loved ones, especially being that I work with car collisions for a living. When Rise of Iron was announced and more gameplay arose, all I could think about was my friend, and how much he would have loved going on an adventure through TTK, and this as well. This expansion reminded me a lot of him for some reason; I can't exactly put my finger on it. But after getting the khvostov, which was his favorite weapon to use, it brought back a lot of memories. In some ways, I think the ghost in game represents to me the memory of my friend and will always continue to play in his memory. Edit: Thank you all so much for the support and kind words. I never thought this would get this kind of compassion on these forums, no offense. This means a lot to me and my friend would have been touched as well. This community is awesome and I am glad to be a part of it.

I got my parents into the game, and meet the love of my life during a crota raid. This game brought a new light to my world. My dad and I did the mission together, and both of us tears up. In a weird since if my ghost had not found me I would not have meet the love of my life. I really want a tee shirt,that has our ghost on it and says "Thank you for being my guardian."

1 AntwortenI almost got a little emotional, but it was hard to care when there was almost no character dialogue or building between "Guardian" and Ghost. Too bad apparently becoming a guardian makes you mute.

1 AntwortenI held him out as he was talking watching the snow fall. Despite the chaos and everything else in destiny, it was a nice little love letter to all guardians whom our ghost shared our beginning with. It was very peaceful and all i could do is smile. Although the moment was ruined when i got charged off the cliff by my fellow kinsmen... lol

I said to my friend that I was gonna get knocked around by feels when it said "look at view and chat with ghost"

I had feels. So much feels. Then I turned to my buddy I was doing that mission with and said. "I feel like ghost just gave us his final speech."

I got some feels yeah, it was an oddly sweet end to a mission and connection between the ghost and guardian
