DLC and promo items not accessible
I used my code for the DLC and promo codes and I cannot access the DLC nor can I access the promo items. Is this a known issue?!!!
AFTER speaking with Microsoft, please check your Microsoft account, there should be $34 deposited into your account. Use that to purchase the game. I preordered my game from Gamestop and that is the amount of the game. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE CLEAR.

2 AntwortenI've had it pre ordered for 2 weeks with no sign of an issue but got on today and had the same issue no pre order stuff and I could not access the new mission. Saw that I had to contact Microsoft so I did and come to find out the order got declined (even though it went through and already have it downloaded) they said I would have to go out and buy it again oh and since its out now no pre order content for me according to Microsoft help. Got disconnected from chat shortly after and an hour wait to get back in. Needless to say I am beyond annoyed considering saying screw ROI and destiny. This is coming from a loyal year 1 plaYer . Not happy.

I would suggest that everyone who pre ordered and doesn't get access to the pre order stuff, continue to fight for it.. you were promised something by not only the place you purchased your preorder but, by bungie themselves. keep your proof of preorder if you had it (receipt etc). Bungie really has dropped the ball on this one..

1 AntwortenI pre ordered the game on Amazon and had my code redeemed on the 18th for PS4. I did not get any of my pre order items except an emblem. Bungie what the hell is going on. This needs to be fixed and given what was promised to the players.

3 AntwortenSo I redeemed the code, but the DLC is not listed in the xbox store, just the entire $59 bundle! I am in a 22 minute chat queue with Microsoft, my son will be home any minute and be really upset. Anyone have a link to the DLC page on the xbox store?

I am having the same problem i pre ordered mine in june from gamestop if i put 30 more dollars i can get it this is ridiculous

8 AntwortenI was on the phone with Microsoft for 30 minutes and was told that "the bungee servers are encountering problems/overloaded so everything would be fine in the morning" The lady confirmed that my Gally and Wing codes worked and they did, But I count equip them to my guardian. The gjallarhorn says "requires year 3 gjallarhorn" The sparrow says "requires pre order of ROI" And the horn for the sparrow says the same thing. Only thing I can use is the emblem.

Is this a known issue?!!![/quote] If you had a code from a retailer, the code grants a console credit. You must then use the console credit to purchase the actual expansion from your console store.

I cant download shit from the xbox store was online with microsoft for 2 hours restarting my console a few times removing my account signing back in trying to download a free game to see if i could download stuff then another rep says that bungie is updating the pre order so we have to wait from what he told me around 24 hours to see if we can purchase the game. I have my gjall and sparrow but not the dlc what the hell bungie give me my dlc or give me money i spent.

I like how BUNGIE is putting this off on the retailer and what not when it is clearly them and their marketing department. I bought the DLC months ago from gamestop and put the code in this morning to purchase the DLC and BAM MICROSOFT CREDIT FOR A DAMN DLC THAT CANT BE DOWNLOADED! It should be called MLL( MAY LOAD LATER) this is getting pathetic and I am not a hardcore gamer so, I can only imagine those guys! FIX IT BUNGIE, ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD JUST ROI, I OWN THE OTHER PACKS ALREADY!

Try going to orbit and when your selecting a planet click The rise of iron cinematic maybe that would work

2 AntwortenI have the Nepal shader and emblem in my inventory and it will not allow me to equip either since installing ROI. I have been using both for several months leading up to ROI.
