The Legacy consoles got hit with "oh hi you're not getting updates anymore bye", and I found that kind of harsh. This seems like it'd make the game shorter, so maybe what I have in mind could contradict the empty spaces. [b][u]Revert back to Year 1 Light System[/u][/b] For the legacy consoles, this would mean longer game time, as it took longer to find higher light in armor than it did to find higher def/atk. Possibly the light cap could stay the same as the level we have now, level 40. You'd just have to find armor with 40 light in it. [b][u]Push down level requirement on King's Fall[/u][/b] For Crota's End, the light req. was one level higher than cap. For King's Fall, the light req. could be LL 36 for Normal, LL 41 for Hard. This would allow King's Fall to fall within the level rules. [b][u]Keep all content[/u][/b] Keep everything, ornaments, swords, new exotics, etc. Probably just smush all the exotics back down to level 20 req. as they were before. [b][u]Infusion[/u][/b] They could keep the infusion system in there, too, for attack/defense values and light. For example, I have a pair of boots I really like that have 20 light and a pair of boots at 34 light. I could infuse the 34 light boots into the 20 light boots to make them 34 light. [b][u]Bring level 40 characters back to level 34[/u][/b] This one doesn't sound so great, but this would give the players who are already max a chance to keep playing, and to not be bored, I guess. They could throw all the gear back to 170 (the max light of a character right now without TTK) so they still have "max" gear. [b][u]Run separate servers for Legacy and Current[/u][/b] They could make it like they have Xur now, but with every weekly event. So like, Nightfall, Trials, Weekly, etc. could still be played. [b][u]ATK/DEF cap at 335[/u][/b] Like how in year one the cap for gear was, forgive me if I'm wrong, 402, the cap could now be 335, bringing it up to par with current. Let me know what you guys think and if you think I should add anything. This is my opinion, which will always be different from others, so no hate. This was just my idea of how to make Legacy console Destiny have more longetivity with its circumstances.
