HANDCANNON BLOOM/RANGE PROBLEM
Since private matches came out a lot of people have done Ghost bullet tests. I've seen videos in YouTube and even tested it myself. I have an extremely good Finnala's Peril and even then this still happens to me. Any shot I tested about 30 steps out or more with Hand cannons is when Ghost bullets start. I tested it out of ten shots directly on the head. About 40% missed and another 30% were body shots instead of Crits. Nice Bungie. Nice.
