Is TLW's only counter TLW?
Are there any weapons that can compete with this thing in a one v one other than it? Or nah?

Don't go close range against it, it can't do anything past sidearm range basically.

Close range shotgun, mid range anything if you got decent aim, long range you have to have awful aim to lose

Any primary if you are just outside of medium range. After that its basically up to RNG whether you get lucky and they miss or not.
