I haven't played PvP today. Got it doing strikes with randoms.

I think it originates in PvE but can be transferred in PvP

It is prob throughout all of the destiny universe. Just spreading through crucible quicker because there is much more matchmaking in there.

I'm wondering if it will connect to pve somehow. Keep in mind, the crucible is part of the universe just like pve. They're not really separate things.
