Hunter Artifact (Butterfly Code)
Okay so this is my first ever post and my first one for a good reason; I've been working on a really good support build for the hunter and was trying to get a relic that gives you orbs for shock melee kills...
I looked on the Database and found an artifact for that but it seems like nobody has it at all... does this artifact exist in the game? I'd really like to know.

It's pretty much only obtainable through Legendary engrams which themselves only rarely become artifacts. An easier way would be to do the Raid and get artifacts from the challenges. The Thrallskin Drum can also spawn with "arc melee" perk.

I decided to decode 100 legendary armour engrams last night to buy few rare sparrows, I can confirm I received it 3 times that artifact it look good but I shared them all

I've got 9-10 different hunter artifacts and that's one of them. I find that decoding engrams from different strikes seems to get a variety of different artifacts. Good luck!
