Why not just give them an evade ability then? This is like it, but might be stronger

How would it be stronger? While blinking you are in 2 places at once.

Because you can travel lanes with out even putting yourself in danger

If this does get put into the game the meta would adjust to it. It's how people adjusted to SS.

If I blink into a sniper lane (I'm mid blink) the sniper would see my blink and adjust to my position even if they didn't see me origin.

If they see where you land, yes the can snipe you as well, but if it covers the entire lane then you'd be safe

It wouldn't be a full on blink. It would cover as much area as SS maybe a little bit more.
