I can get an average amount of kills with it (average for me being 10-15) but have a difficult time making the final blow a headshot. I also end up with a crazy amount of assists. I've tried both Rumble and Control. Usually, I tend to get 2-3 headshots. On the rare occassion that I manage to get 5-6, the timer runs out before I can get the last one. It's incredibly frustrating, but I'm not willing to cheese it in Classic FFA just yet.
Before anybody says, "If you can't use Imprecation, you won't like TFC," I'd like to say that I don't care if I like TFC or not. I really don't care if I never even use it. However, I'm a completionist and want the grimoire/discovery in kiosk/quest finished (the only thing I have accepted that I will probably never complete is Trials). Besides, if I do decide to use TFC, I'm probably not going to be striving to get 7 headshots in crucible with it and trash it if I can't.

I did it in control. I found if you follow teammates and headshot who they're firing at, you'll pretty much guaranteed to finish that part.

Go in 6v6, it takes more kills to end matches, and timer is increased, and if you want, be evil, stick with teammates, let them weaken the enemy and take hits, then killsteal with a headshot. Or build your subclass so it either weakens the enemy, or buffs your damage.

2 AntwortenI used a support subclass like defender to get it that way I wouldn't get distracted by my super and instead used it (weapons\ blessing) to help get those headshots

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von BngieSuxBawlz: 9/7/2016 11:36:07 PMWhat class and what subclass are you running? I'm asking because damage buffs are always an option. Warlock - Viking Funeral/touch of flame. The nades weaken them and can make things easier. Careful though, the burning can kill them first sometimes. Titan - Sunbreaker melee (melting point) or Defender's Weapons of Light. Hunter - Void Bow or use Smoke and Lockdown to slow them down for a moment. Bladedancer's invis can be useful too. I'd go to the weekly playlist (Inferno 6v6) and use the no radar to my advantage. It's easier to catch people off-guard.

3 AntwortenGo to rumble, mostly 1 v 1 engagements. You won't get team shot often Soften the target with a grenade 1st so it only takes 1 or 2 headshots. Rather than a minimum of 2 bodies and a crit Weapons of light, u can 2 tap

1 AntwortenAim for the head...lol but seriously aim higher then you think you need to. I tend to aim low often so I always try to aim just above there head and I hit headshots

I need to finish this quest as well.

I followed teammates and steal their kill.

8 AntwortenI finished mine on yesterday on my Warlock, and it took four games of Control to complete. I played aggressively while watching my radar simultaneously to get those headshots, and I stuck close to my other fellow guardians as well which made it easier. It can be frustrating but you'll be relieved once it's done...lol! I picked the gun up today and leveled it to 335, and I enjoy it. Hope this helps somewhat.
