[i] Ronin ducks in close, parrying the blades with his knives and driving his shoulder into Lance's gut, and with a move that was faster than Lance could see, he felt his cheek open up, a small thin cut opening on the side of his face. If they were actually fighting, Ronin could've slit his throat. It was clear that he'd had a LOT of practice. [/i]

[b][i]He stopped noticing the cut as the blades became sheathed the bow coming off his back as it began to glow the shadow string now becoming yellow as his hand showed the eyes of a dragon. His boots pushing him back slightly an arrow of energy forms in his hand as he fires. The arrow soaring through the air producing a roar like noise as he flew towards him.[/i][/b]

[i] Ronin swipes his hands through the air, making his knives vanish somehow. The movements were too fast to study. He unsheathes the white and gold katana from his hip, the blade coming loose with a hiss of steel coming out of the scabbard. He brings it across his body vertically, a strange gold tinted light forming like a wall where the blade passes. Lance's arrow slams into the shield, the shield exploding into glittering fragments, Ronin unharmed. [/i] "That, is Savior." Trying to get as many quick shots off as he can Ronin noticed the arrows were starting to drain him or make him tired. Maybe he wasn't used to having to fire so many as he smiled.[/i][/b] "Hey Savior this is Dragon it's nice to meet you."

[i] In a flurry of lightning fast movements, he swiped Savior this way and that, walls of light springing up where an arrow would hit him, the shields shattering into shards of light. Although, they seemed to push Ronin back a few steps each time. Whatever they were made of, it was pretty durable, but the arrows had enough force to make Ronin cautious. All of a sudden, an arrow managed to get past Ronin's guard and caught him dead in the chest, blood spraying everywhere as it drove his body backwards and pinned him to the wall, his mouth agape and sword fallen from his hand. [/i]

[b][i]He blinked as he ran forward. "Shit shit shit!" He thought in his head as he looked at Ronin grabbing the arrow as he tried to pull it out.[/i][/b] "Ronin you are going to be okay! I'm so so sorry I thought you would still deflect I didn't mean too!" [b][i]He yanks the arrow out as Ronin comes down. Yanking off his shirt he began to apply a makeshift bandage as he looks around for a med kit.[/i][/b]

[i] All of a sudden, the corpse Lance was trying to give medical care to, melted into shadows, like black dry ice or liquid darkness. The next breath, Lance felt the point of a blade pressed to the back of his neck. [/i] "Don't ever let your guard down." [i] A familiar voice said with a smirk in his tone. [/i]

[b][i]He turned back placing his hand on his bow. His eyes trained on him as he shakes his head. Sitting up he looks at the wall thinking. For a brief moment he is lost without words as he smiles. Pulling the string back as he looks back. [/i][/b] "Aegis!" [b][i]His now string changes to a purple hue as he fires at the ground. A bubble seeming to be there as his sword is pushed back. The symbol on his hand now a purple shield as he stood stretching.[/i][/b] "Yeah I'll have to keep that in mind."

"Huh." [i] Ronin looks at the peculiar shield, tapping his sword point against it. [/i] "That's cool." [i] He says with a grin. [/i]

[i][b]The shield disappears as he moves away from Lance. His symbol seeming to strobe as if it was recharging. I can't swap forms for another minute and this in is purely defensive, he thought to himself as he moved. Stopping when he is a good distance from Ronin.[/b][/i] "Yeah I've got one or two more but that's one of my favorites honestly."

[i] Ronin nods his head thoughtfully, sheathing Savior at his side and putting his hands in his jeans pockets. [/i] "I've got a bow, though I don't really wanna destroy my gym." [i] He says with a sheepish shrug. [/i]

[b][i]He laughs as he puts away his bow the symbol dimming as he shrugs back at him. His eyes looking over as he thinks about the pool with a teasing grin.[/i][/b] "One mode only works in water you have a pool right..?" [b][i]He says his mischievous grin showing he was messing with him for fun. The kid seemed to be starting to open up.[/i][/b]

"Go pick a bedroom." [i] He said with a laugh.[/i] "I've got some people to call, and work out where we're gonna go."

Placing his things in the floor and his goggles and bow on a table he flops down on the bed. Resting his head on the pillow as he closes his eyes. Today was a very eventful day after all.[/i][/b] [spoiler]end[/spoiler]
