Grenades in general should have an increase in recharge time imo. Gunplay would increase in Crucible if grenades weren't being thrown around constantly.

Don't you mean shotgun/sniper gunplay would increase?....lol

Please no, don't hurt my space magic anymore.

"Constantly" 20-30 seconds Versus in CoD: 3-7 seconds Titanfall: 2-3 seconds Battlefield: 4-10 seconds Rainbow Six: Once per round So you want this to not be a FPS?
-
Hold the -blam!- up. COD doesn't have greade recharge, neither does BF. Titanfall has it, and if I'm correct they say it was a test to see if they wanted them to be used a lot or to take around a minute to charge
-
Both CoD and Battlefield have either a refill system or you die often enough to use it way more often. Unless you are top tier elite. And you do realise that Titanfall 1 exists, right?
-
And we are talking about a GRENADE RECHARGING AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME HAS PASSED. Only titanfall 2 has that system from launch
-
Someone's getting pretty salty. And just because something isn't there from launch doesn't mean it doesn't count.
-
No. Saying that in cod/bf4 you spawn with a grenade is grenade recharge is wrong. A warlock and a hunter can spawn with a grenade if they want. Plus, again destiny grenades are completely different to bf, cod and tf grenades
-
Mhm. You keep talking, yet all I hear is "I hate a fundamental concept of this game for no discernible reason".
-
I don't hate grenade recharge. I simply say you were wrong saying that COD and BF have grenade recharge
-
Do you get your grenades back? Do you have a theoretically (not practically, theoretically) infinite amount of grenades per round?
-
Yes. But it isn't a "recharge" since you must die or wait a insane long time on the ammo box. Plus, bf grenades arent that amazing (hardcore thou)
-
Titanfall 1 grenade system CHANGED after its release, plus in that game grenades aren't as diverse as on destiny. Last time I played cod scavenger didn't give you grenade recharge, and bf4 takes FOREVER to recharge with ammo box
-
Thats an interesting thought. With Max Disc I think you get a grenade every 25 seconds?
-
Bearbeitet von Moof Juice: 8/30/2016 5:05:30 PMEvery 25 seconds means theoretically you can throw 24 grenades per 10 minute game. That's atleast half of your engagements think about it. average kd is 1, and average kills per game is like 12 or 13 I think, meaning on average players have an engagement that concludes in a death about 26 times a game. Which in a ten minute game would be every 23 seconds on average. Meaning you literally have a grenade for just about every engagement if you run max disc. Taking gunskill out of most engagements because of BS grenades like skips and axion bolts.

Mind. Blown. By the power of Mathz
