The best piece of advice I can offer is to play all classes every week. I've been playing since day one and every week I play all classes while doing the weekly Shaxx bounties. Playing all classes gives you better insight into the strengths and weaknesses of each class and makes dying to those classes a lot less painful. Blink strike, shoulder charge, crazy warlock melee range and fusion nades are a lot easier to shrug off when you've walked a mile in those shoes. It's a lot easier to commend your opponent when you've been on both sides of the tactics they're using.
Do yourself a favor and shoulder charge the crap out of people on your titan. Clutch a trials round with your Blade Dancer, melee people in the next star system with your Warlock. Play all the classes and get to know each one. You'll be a better guardian for it. Just some food for thought :)

2 AntwortenTerrible advice.

2 AntwortenSame since day 1. Only thing other than lag that frustrates me in the crucible, is the fact that my eyes & reflexes are letting me down at this young age of 47 : (

Bearbeitet von zJDz: 8/30/2016 2:11:42 PMI have been doing this for a while. Though bladedancer and sunsinger feel the weakest right now. I switch characters/ subclass every day but usually end up on one of the three new subclasses; sunbreaker, night stalker, or Stormcaller. I usually then play for a few days on that subclass then switch to another character/subclass.

4 AntwortenLike how the warlocks are pure garbage and slower than the slowest snail.
-
44 AntwortenOr just play one of the many superior shooters coming soon and drop this garbage pvp.
-
9 AntwortenI do this anyways for both PvE and PvP. I don't get why so many people only main a certain class.
-
1 AntwortenI found a good way to use this actually, maining a NLB. I find i have more fun. I do MUCH WORSE than with meta weapons, but i don't feel like i should be doing better. Kills are a bonus basically. Got a triple down with the NLB which felt awesome.

12 AntwortenDoes the Party Crasher still drop from the crucible? It's the only reason I run pvp. I've played for hours lately and haven't seen anyone get it.
-
Great advice.

A lot of the high lvl players seem to only play one class 90% of the time. They say to play the heck out of that one class and get really good at it. Of cousre, what you are talking about is more for the common normal player. I agree with that till you get to a certain lvl

3 AntwortenThis game is full of shitty wankers and I'm sick of it, this new breed of wimpy guardians running at first sign of danger or camping at back of map with two bodies. The younger lot have -blam!-ed this game up and bungie should give us a year 1 dlc and -blam!- all these new breed year 2/3 off and your making our game shit

Been doing his for a while and I must say whoever I die from its definitely less frustrating now when I die I tend to say nice whatever then the typical that's bs statements
-
This is actually really good advice
-
I'm honestly kinda surprised that everyone doesn't do this. That is if you like Destiny enough. All the classes have something to offer.
-
But wait their's more for the low low price of 19.95

Bearbeitet von shobr0: 8/30/2016 11:52:09 AMThis is something I've done for a long time for the exact same reasons. The only problem with it, it makes it so much easier to reaffirm certain beliefs in weapons/abilities/powers being too strong or weak.
I have only strengthened my opinion on believing Shoulder Charge needs tweaking by finding new ways to stun myself with what it can get away with.
Here's how to reduce it the right way:
Don't play
This is not true, at least not for me anyway. I've played a ton of Warlock, Titan not so much and a ton of Hunter. Despite this I still get annoyed when a Stormcaller melees from crazy ranges. When I do it to others I just sit there and stare at the screen thinking about how stupid the range is. As for Shoulder Charge well... as much as it annoys me you can't really change it without making it crap.

I just switch up my subclasses. I can't kill shit with my hunter.

Or use Universal remote

5 AntwortenI appreciate that but my approach has become to simply not care about pvp. I play it a ton yes. I just dont see the point of caring too much about it for several reasons. 1. The lag 2 . The reward drops still favor the bottom of the barrel players. This past iron banner i tried to compete so hard through the red bars and lag and then i noticed players on my team just found a corner to sit at lol and guess what?? They got the good rewards with 5 kills 11 deaths. I started to do the same and i got 3 HC and a 320 ghost that i needed. Best approach to destiny pvp is not to care too much.

1 AntwortenOr, just equip a Redbar. #RedbarsWinMatches

2 AntwortenOr plug in an Ethernet cable please
