Your trials games on the 14th are very telling...
Be thankful your restriction isn't longer.

That's what I can't figure out. What was happening and how do I prevent it.
-
You had a string of matches where the match was not complete and you won. That indicates you or someone on your team was IP booting your opponents.
-
So me and my 2 sons 12 and 16 years old play together. 2 hard wired and 1 wifi. All same house. No one did anything intentional. So it could happen again. How do I prevent it?
-
Keyword = wifi Also what's your upstream? 3 consoles would need 3x the minimum upstream in a stable manner
-
Like I said trying to prevent this. Even bought a wifi range extender.
-
75 up and down

Fiber I imagine? Biggest potentials are either A) wifi on that one console B) router not perfectly configured for all 3 simultaneous. Like using port forwarding.
-
Yes. FIOS. I'll see what I can do. How do I check port forwarding.

Bearbeitet von KannibalKlown: 8/17/2016 1:46:43 AMIf you're using port forwarding, that could be the problem. It tends to only work well with 1 device Dmz or upnp might work better. I don't know the perfect setup for 3 destiny consoles. You could tell which way it's setup by logging into the router. Usually http://192.168.1.1

We have been playing like this for 2 years but never had a problem till moving to Xbox one could that have an effect on it
-
Depends If it was setup Dmz method, then getting new consoles would mean they're not in the Dmz. Same goes for port forwarding. Because both settings would be based on MAC address, the hardware identifier for the network cards. New consoles would have new Mac addresses and thus old configuration would not cover the new consoles. Again. Maybe. Without seeing your config I couldn't say for sure.

OK. I rebooted the router. Checked all 3 devices. All pass the multiplayer connection test. The lowest upload on any of them is 18 Mbps latency of 70 ms. NAT type is Open. I just hope someone from Bungie sees that if something happens again that we aren't trying to cheat. We like to play and don't want banned.
-
Did you check the port forwarding / Dmz / upnp settings? What were they?
-
So Upnp is on. DMZ host not enabled. Port forwarding says "Teredo"?
-
Port Forwarding will likely have a bunch in there for various reasons. So long as none of them are the ports Destiny uses, that's fine. uPNP is honestly your best bet in terms of "working" and not being a major "security risk" So other than putting the 3rd console on an ethernet cable instead of WiFi, I don't have much else to suggest outside of various line tests and stuff.

Ok. Well I have checked everything and think whatever happened has passed. Our one console couldn't chat through his headset and when he did get it to work he either couldn't talk or hear. There was also a terrible echo. That has all corrected since reset and reconnected everything. There was bunch of rules in port forwarding but the Xbox 1s all had Teredo service by them. Then some >blah blah that I don't understand. I think it had to do with us getting the third Xbox one and moving them around. Thanks for your help. Let me know if you can think of any more suggestions.

Tried to login to router but couldn't quite remember password and am "temporarily" locked out of that too. Not my day for access. Not sure how long I have to wait to try again.
