Go check your local weather report. Look at the visibility section of the report. It changes depending on meteorological factors, showing that the distance we can see is dependent upon atmosphere. But all humor aside, I dont see why the UA could not be possible. As I theroizied with another user (this is pure conjecture), the universal accelerator is likely one of many currents that flow through space. What creates these currents? Perhaps conglomerations of stars. As everything in the universe falls through space, many hot objects clustered together create convection currents of cosmic wind. These become currents that drive solar systems through the cosmos. Again, this is pure conjecture. No one really knows.
