Generally speaking it's a great handcannon. Feels great and have pretty good stats. But as I stated the Eyasluna is basically as good as Hawkmoon (with the right roll). Therefore there's not really a reason to use Hawkmoon. The thing is, Bungie need to give us a reason to use Hawkmoon without it being OP. But for people that hasn't got a good roll on Eyasluna, or Lord High Fixer for that matter, Hawkmoon is a really good handcannon. I actually use it from time to time and it wrecks. But that's just my opinion.
