Is it me or do i find zhalo a boring exotic.

I love it. It was the gun I broke into PvP with, and it carried me through my first iron banner. I did switch it up, I tend to use pulse rifles now but it is still a weapon i carry at most times. Melts fallen captains and arc shield knights.

The design is dope in my opinion. And a elemental primary is always pretty useful.

I've never been strong with it in PvP but there are several folks that just rake with it. Very much a gun of feel and practice. Oh and it's all over Mayhem as well. That and Shadow hunters.

1 AntwortenIt's definitely one of the best year 2 exotics, for several reasons: 1. Arc damage. It's literally the only year 2 primary with an element. 2. Chain lightning. Hitting targets chains lightning to others, this make it insane for clearing groups of enemies in PvE. After soloing through Crota a bit, this is by far the best weapon to get through the lamps with. Better than fatebringer even. 3. Free ammo. Getting multiple kills in quick succession will give you half a clip of ammo back in the mag (I think it's half, correct me if I'm wrong). In some situations, you will never have to reload. 4. Kills will also help reduce your super cooldown, always a nice bonus. Try it on arc burn or small arms. It will do wonders. You'll feel bad for the darkness if it ever gives you both of those modifiers.

I'm primarily a pulse user but zhalo is my favorite auto rifle with soulsteapers claw in a close second. It's good for chaining people that are hiding close to a sniper trying to recover health.

Never really cared for it my self I prefer pluses rifles, scout rifle and handcanons. Very few autos I like and supercell is not one.

Not when arc burn is on or small arms modifier. It's good for enemy control.

Only comes out the vault on arc burn. Most exotics are not meant as your go too gun. Each gun has its own personality and reason for equipping. I personally like the gun to an extent. It would be impossible for them to make so many exotic weapons be always useful 24/7.

1 AntwortenWell, there was that Arc Burn/Small Arms strike week... of course, that did get a bit boring after awhile. But it was an epic "knock the crap out of everything" kind of boring.
