Can"t get Glimmer!!!
I found a Youtube video from a few months ago that expresses the exact problem I've been having. Hopefully one of the following two links will take you there.

If those don't work, search "destiny glimmer bug". I think it is a 39 second video. A person called Maple Plum uploaded it on March 20, 2016. They commented:
"As of making this video, I am level 19. I do not receive Glimmer from dismantling items regardless of color but from what I read this may or may not be a bug. The problem is I do not receive any Glimmer from Majors or Ultras even if I am on par with them level-wise."

1 AntwortenAfter about a week of putting up with this I am finally getting glimmer from dismantles again. However, I am still not getting it from Majors and Ultras. Also, as it turns out items such as ethers seeds work normally even on Majors and Ultras.

The fastest way I've found to get glimmer is to do the VIP beacons on patrol
