[I]The New Terran Republic has dispatched the NTR Crusader, a ten-mile long warship dedicated to keeping the Republic stable and safe from any outer threats. Aliens, viruses, anything you can dream up the NTR Crusader can combat. [/I]
[u]CURRENT LOCATION:[/u]
[i]NTR Hermes[/i]
[i]STORY SO FAR: [/i]
[spoiler][i]The crew of the NTR Hermes had a tough time battling the savage natives of Planet Gydaton, but they have successfully completed their first mission for the New Terran Republic and allowed the colonists to successfully land on Gydaton, where a colony was started. The crew have went back to the Hermes for some R&R before their next mission. But unfortunately the ship was ransacked by Pirates above Gydaton, and the crew was disbanded.
Now a new crew is in space now. The NTR Crusader was a ship that was designed for all-out war, and its crew were hired for that purpose. They have been dispatched by the NTR War Council, headed by High General Jack Treyman to eliminate a threat known only as "The Afflicted," a coalition of species that have all been infected by some sort of parasite and mutated to become soldiers of war for some sort of army. Now the Crusader must go and fight them on their planet of Valinus, where it is said they made their home to raze other planets from. [/i]

9 Antworten[u]Arc II: A Fracture, Intro[/u] [i]Five years. It has been half a decade since since the crew of the Hermes was formed, a group of scientists, engineers, soldiers, and adventurers, a coalition formed form the multitude of factions and governments in the galaxy; The Galactic Federation, New Terran Republic, Alliance, Venom Inc., The Triumvirate, Bastion, and others, all to explore and colonize the world of Gydaton. Though they at first encountered obstacles in the form of the insectoid like native inhabitants, they overcame this to successfully complete this mission, the first in a number of subsequent joint colonial worlds. The Milky Way, at the moment, is in a state of peace, one it has not experienced for many a century. Communication and trade between the galaxy's factions is commonplace and profitable, ensuring that the stability lasts. Many collaborate with each other to often, bettering their people together. The Hermes, and her crew, still roam, though their mission completed long ago, still serve at the forefront as explorers and adventurers, helping to maintain the peace... both from within... and outside..... their home.[/i] [spoiler]Open.
