One was standing in the middle of a busy marketplace. This was the city of mugai, on the planet of terminus. Know as operative force 101, one and ten worked together on countless cases, this being one of their most extensive. "We've got eighty two snipers positioned around the market. Marking location." One says into his comms. "Read you loud and clear." Ten says. The 101 crew had been tracking the crime lord for months. The gangs had been using stolen NTR AI's to hide all their transport data from the records. "Hostile vessels three and eight have entered atmosphere over Kuvit. They're going to use that as a distraction to what they're about to do here." Ten says. "How much time do you think we have?" One asks. "Probably a minute." Ten responds The sky ignites in a red colour. The source is from the east. The shock wave blasts over the market place, leaving the crowd panicked and screaming, and the windows of the skyscrapers shattered. "NOW!" One yells. A bright light fills the air of the marketplace, blinding everyone. "All snipers are down. All police and military forces are enroute to Kuvit. Prepare for company." One says. Ten steps out from one of the buildings and makes his way through the scrambling crowd towards one. "They're going to be heading for the sea shaft below this market place. Shouldn't we be down there already to greet them? We are supposed to be stopping them from accessing the military compound." Ten says. "Just wait. Something is going to go down here, and I want to figure out what." One says. Three drop ships lower their cloaking and land at the end of the market. One and ten move into one of the building to be harder to see. Most of the crowd has dispersed by now. "Comm chatter. Encrypted." Ten says. "Solved the encryption. Patching us in." "This is foxtrot two. Do you read foxtrot one." A voice says over the comms. "Prepare for contact. Someone's on to us." "Ready?" Ten says turning to one. Ten materializes an rpg in his hands and fires towards the drop crew. One catches the figure being escorted out with a hardlight beam and pulls him away from the blast. "Oh god! It's 101!" The man screams as he comes face to face with his captors. "You said foxtrot. How many others are attempting to break into compound." One says. "How..? I only learned of this op an hour ago..? How did you prepare for this..?" The man asks. "We're the ones asking the questions." Ten says as he shoots the man in the foot with a plasma bolt. "GAHHH!!" The man screams in pain. "There's six of us." He pants. One binds all the joints of the man's suit together and leaves him for arrest. "All the forces are going to be busy with the attack. We're going to be the only defence." One says. Hopping onto their light transport speeder, the duo speed off in the hopes of intercepting the gang before they can reach their target.
