No wall of text here. I just think that unlike team gamemodes, there's no reason to take an L just because you joined a match 1500+ up.
Edit: Read the post- actually no, literally just reading the title should tell you that I'm just talking about Rumble.

Edit 2: Yes, I do care about my stats. Is it to the point where it'll ruin my day if I lose some elo? No. But it's fun to maintain and it's fun to be competitive, and some people don't understand that. You do you, people, and I'll do me.
2 AntwortenWell I just won anyways..

Agreed, OP. I'm trying to get better and work on my elo for rumble and it is consistently putting me in games that are over half over. And even after it ends it has sent me directly into another in progress game. System is broke.

6 AntwortenFrankly, I'd be happy if no one EVER had to join a match in progress.
-
3 AntwortenYeah it really sucks getting dropped in at the tail end of a rumble match just to have your 3oC turn into an exotic and likely being awarded a better item than the guy who actually won... wait a second come to think of it that actually doesnt sound bad at all. Why are we complaining again?
-
1 AntwortenWhat really sucks is joining a game just to be mercy ruled in 30 seconds of joining
-
The game should at least look at points of the person in the lead and if it's to high, the lose should not count. If the games just started and the leader only has a few kills than, meh... but if the games almost over and there's just no way to win then that's stupid that it counts as a lose.
-
Other matches it can be ok depending on how that Mach is going, but I agree with you. No one should join a game of rumble that's already in progress. That's not fair to the person who has to work 3x as hard to catch up
-
2 AntwortenSo what your saying is Nerf fusion rifles
-
I love playing rumble and i hate joining a game thats in progress . Get rid of it atleast in rumble

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von XenosInvictus: 8/1/2016 11:36:37 PMMy mom's boyfriend says being competitive cause's anxiety and why his stats are not over positive. He says trying to have a 1.0 + and attempting to earn trophy's/achievements is not good. I say it's his excuse for never going flawless or being average in general.
-
3 AntwortenNot a big deal. Another stupid topic.
-
Yeah ik it's painful joining a game in progress. believe it or not I used to be #1 in rumble and I have pics to prove it
-
Damn wish i could add you man im good at rumble
-
There needs to be a time penalty for leaving matches. I see people leave almost every game.
-
3 AntwortenI really like what treyarch did in BO3. If you join a match that's already started and you lose it doesn't count as a loss. All other stats count just not the loss.
-
this is a secret knowledge everyone knows but bungo doesnt :) maybe they have too low wages to hire someone with a brain
-
1 AntwortenI've joined a rumble match in progress 1500+ up and came in second with a difference of less than 100 points. He who doesn't believe he can win has already been defeated. Don't let your dreams be dreams!
Is your W/L something so precious to you?
-
2 AntwortenThere is no reason why someone should be this upset over such a small aspect of the game
-
2 AntwortenDoesn't matter the game mode. Happens AT LEAST once a week were I join a game, as I am flying in the team I got put on lost to the mercy rule. There should be matchmaking settings. Do you want to join games in progress: NO. Simple as that. Some people don't care.
-
5 AntwortenI agree you should not be able to join un progress Rumble matches. Its bullshit. If the lobby drops below 3 people whoever is winning should be awarded the win. Fixed
-
-
That's funny and agreed.
-
5 AntwortenBearbeitet von ThisMahSwamp: 8/1/2016 2:57:18 PMQuit leaving match after match after match. Yeah, the first one you join might already be in progress, but if you stay in the lobby you won't run into this issue nearly at all.
-
3 AntwortenMy thought is that if you leave a match there should be a timer before you can jump back in. And the timer would stack for consecutive drop outs. For example: I leave a march. Now I must wait 2 minutes to start up another. After that time, I start up another match, which I also leave. Now u have to wait 4 minutes. This would keep doubling. However! If I finished out a match, then the wait time would reset.

2 AntwortenFor that matter, how come I can't join someone on my friends list towards the end of the game, but when queuing in solo I have 3 games in a row where there's less than 5 min left?
-
1 AntwortenTake it as a challenge. I know I do.
