Fusion rifles? If fusion rifles could kill shotgunners quite easily I would use them a lot more

They used to be able to do that just fine. Then people whined ceaselessly and Bungie nerfed them into oblivion, breaking the Vex and Pocket Infinity in the process. I'm most upset by the Vex being borked. Its not unusable, but its just not good any more 😔

Get the FWC fusion rifle and learn to time your shots.

I do have the fwc fusion (the vacancy) and I do like to use it it's just that on most occasions I can't seem to outgun shotguns or snipers.

Snipers you'd have to be extremely talented or extremely lucky to get. Shotgunners you can more or less predict where they're gonna go.

Fusion rifles are just stupidly inconsistent. Bolts go away if you die and sometime bolts just don't go where they should. If bungie fixed this then they would be awesome

Yeah I agree. Shotguns and snipers rule the secondary slot. I would love to use fusion rifles and sidearms more but until bungie make them a bit better than I'm going to stick with snipers and shotguns

They can work if you learn them but learning them isn't really worth it (especially for sidearms).
