What's a good roll for the iron banner pulse rifle for pvp? I'm not good with pulse rifles

Oh man hawksaw for what ever reason that gun just dose not want to kill people for me haha I have 2 in my vault that are literally exceptional rolls an I can't kill a thing with it lol but then I also had smite of merain an was pretty deadly with that until I accidentally dismantled it smh..
