I get this sometimes, try signing out of your account, turn the power off for at least 6 min and re sign back in. See if it works

I did try signing out and back in about 10 to15 times but didnt leave any time inbetween. Didnt work but iam off to bed now so hopfully i should be ok for reset.

From what I have experienced the memory in Xbox holds, so make sure there is no power going to it for at least 6 min
