Dragon's Breath Exotic
So I had recently received a Dragon's Breath from a 3oC drop .. does anyone like this weapon? is it a good weapon to keep , or should I just use it for infusion fuel?

If you use it with a Taikonaut Helm, it's basically a Gjallarhorn

fun to use, and the solar burn feature can clear enemies. Like on fallen saber strike at the warsat, shoot a rocket and the enemies walk right into the burn

It is great for soloing crota and solar burn activities. Not so good in crucible though

I love it, but I use an exotic primary more often so... clearly not that much. However I do keep it leveled up with the rest of my gear so I CAN use it.

It's amazing for adds and mobs and even some of the more stationary bosses. Keep it. The one exotic the actually improved from Y1

4 AntwortenIt's best at add control. Bond Brothers... nuke the doors as adds spawn and they melt as they enter the room. Useful for the Deathsinger on Crota's End... fill the room with fire. I wish DB still had the solar flare.

Tons of fun in modes like control where you can lay down fire on an area. If you use your nighstalker hunter you can drop a smoke bomb, a grenade, and then dragon's breath and just lock down the control point for a good 15-20 seconds

It's a fun PvE weapon. I use it fairly often.

If your Qullims Terminus or Raze Lighter isn't as high light, infuse it into them. You can always get it again later from the Kiosk. Its cool, but practically speaking there are much better heavies.

9 AntwortenIt's pretty good in pve! If you have ruin wings that things a damage over time dealing monster! The fire is huge and the damage is pretty good for bosses that don't move around a lot. Which is almost 90% of destinys bosses.

Keep that shit for solar burn and set them adds on fire. It wasn't much in year one but they've changed it from doing a solar flare to napalm. Hold trigger when shooting. Release to drop napalm. Profit. Mostly for PvE. I've heard people say they clean up with it in control, but I dunno bout that.
