High ROF auto rifles were considered best in class for a long time, but they got two consecutive nerfs in April and June. However, this does not mean low ROF auto rifles are automatically top tier. The tiny damage increase they received in April didn't do much for them. They could use another buff.
I would increase the damage again by another 2.3% but this time also increase base range. If high ROF is meant to excel at close range, low ROF should be nearly as good from long distances. They have to compete with all sorts of scouts and pulse rifles, after all.

I really agree to this will also increase the diversity for long range maps because it always dominated by MIDA if they apply this buff high impact autos this will mean Suros Regime will excel in maps MIDA excels to and also Other Autos that in this type
-
No one is favoriting this come on guys
-
I wish bungie would buff medium and high impact autos like the deal breaker, antripidal hindsight, monte Carlo, the answering chord, her memory, the righteous VII those autos need a buff.
-
Bearbeitet von HyperVigiIant: 7/18/2016 5:47:48 AMIt would make sense for high impact auto rifles to have the best range out of all the ARs. + What doesn't make sense is the state of handcannons. See here - https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/209239320?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=0

Magazine increase of 5-7 would be really good
-
Pretty much. Have a "god" roll Shadow Price (Rangefinder, Perfect Balance, Counterbalance). Get a lot of assists with it... Still takes forever to take someone out. TTK is a joke with high impact autos (and pulses).
-
It would be nice to use them
-
1 AntwortenBump. My Answering Chord is collecting dust, in hopes of a decent buff.
-
My PDX-45 has more ttk and consistency than my Suros Regime. Why use The auto when my pulse can do more at the auto's range? Damage falloff might need buffed? I think it's base damage is fine
-
-
2 AntwortenChange this to low fire rate pulse rifles as well. Currently both sets of weapons are dust collectors.
-
2 AntwortenLow RoF Auto's are perfectly fine. My Shadow Price does work in the crucible. You just need a good shot and above average aim. With about 25 in the mag you burn through a clip quickly. But if you fire 1 whole mag into somebody, and atleast land 8 (or 9 for max armour guardians) headshots then you've killed them. What needs a buff are those Low RoF Pulses
-
Low rate of fire weapons just aren't great right now in the meta. I

Bearbeitet von HyperVigiIant: 7/16/2016 7:01:19 AMBump! Medium rate of fire pulse rifles such as the PDX-45 and the Hawksaw outshoot low and medium fire rate exotic auto rifles. This should not be the case!
-
2 AntwortenHello, Auto rifles 0.04. It will make a difference in certain situations. Im retarded and work at Bungie. Bye.
-
1 AntwortenMy shadow price with focused fire, 40 dmg head shots 1 second between shots
-
6 AntwortenThey need a magazine buff desperately. 30 should be the minimum for auto rifles.
-
1 AntwortenWait, a buff?! I haven't heard that word from the destiny community.
-
2 AntwortenCan they have a magazine increase too?
-
Low rate of fire autos should function similar to battle rifles, meaning sustained damage output at a medium - close range. I love Suros regime since it feels like a battle rifle but it just feels lacking. This archetype needs to looked at more as battle rifles and less of auto rifles.
-
Auto rifles in general could probably also use a 5%-ish damage buff in PvE. They may have better sustained damage than scouts, but scout rifles' ability to one-shot most ads makes them the better choice in most cases.
-
My Dealbreaker and antipodal hindsight would be grateful.
-
In PVP it takes a minimum of a full clip to take down someone, and times not even that works and this is using something like a zalo supercell. Ether the rate of fire needs Buffing or the damage does.
-
Yes, mid and high impact pulse need a small buff as well.
-
My Suros agrees
-
My shadow price agrees, so does my questing beast. I still use my price more than any other gun right now.
