Bringing sniper rifles down a bit.

I don't get it, you see how many people use snipers over any other special in this game, and yet you only change tiny things about them. I think it's time we discussed the way snipers behave in this game, here are my thoughts: - QuickDraw and Snapshot should exist on sniper rifles; They are hard hitting, precision weapons, they shouldn't be able to aim stupidity quick. - The body shot damage should be brought down on ALL snipers; what is the point in a shield when the most used archetype of sniper takes it and must of my health away in one shot to the body?At most they should leave you with all your health and none of your shield. - The hit detection needs to be reduced by a small amount; so many times I'll be watching a stream or on YouTube watching some gameplay and I'll see someone get a headshot when the reticle is a solid inch away from the head, and it happens to me as well, it doesn't make sense. - Increase flinch when being shot at while aiming with a sniper; this never used to be an issue at mid range with most weapons, but since The Mida Multitool had High Calibre Rounds taken away, there really isn't any mid range weapon that can consistently contest snipers, this has resulted in a game where nobody moves until they get a hit with a sniper. - Return shot package to shotguns, with the range of shotguns being capped, and shot package being removed, shotguns are so unreliable, bringing shot package back would open up the game for more players who want to try other weapons but are stuck using snipers because of how powerful they currently are. Those are my views on the subject, you might not agree, but don't respond unless your response is actually constructive.
