Calcified Fragments
I'm trying to get all 50 fragments for the moments of triumph and in my grimoire it says I need one more fragment but when I check in game by going to the Dreadnaught it says I need two more. Will it give me the moment of triumph even though in game it says I don't have them all?

Grimoire tracks fragments by account, as does DestinyTracker. This means you've found all 49 between your characters. But the character you're viewing has only found 48. Once Bungie.net is back up, select that character, select progress and scroll to the bottom. You will see exactly which fragments that character is missing.
