I again came across the same scrublord as talked about below. But this time not in a strike, but in Doubles. And the best thing is, he was on the other team.
As he was using his sweaty loadout of last word and sniper that he could not stop hardscoping with, i had fun with my sidearm and Mida. And he got a little salty with me lol. He left the game after a while and the salt came rushing in through my messages. Thats when i noticed he was the same guy as below. And i just cant stop laughing because of it lol.

So i was playing on my second account and started the heroric playlist. Since i rarely play with it, i was already gutted that it doesnt have the Zhalo Supercell but rolled with it, Small Arm is on anyway.
Load into the strike and get a message from a random that i was matchmade with saying: "Leave the strike."
So i asked why and got back: "you dont have Zhalo."
Is this what this community has gotten to? Has it fallen this low that you cant play a strike unless you have a certain weapon?
So i answered with: sorry, guess i missed the requirement of needing to have Zhalo in order to play. Still weird that the game still matchmade me even if i dont met all requirements.
Ofcourse i didnt leave. Wasnt planning on either. And the streak of offensive messages i got in return also wasnt going to change that.
Bottem line, dont be an asshole. Especially if the guy without Zhalo gets more kills and less deaths then you. Just having Zhalo doesnt make you a good player.

Just use primaries a lot. Use Zhalo for speed runs only. I guess these morons wanted you to use the Zhalo since they're such in a hurry. You thought KF LFG requirements were bad enough... I kinda wish they add optional solo strikes. (besides Nightfalls)

Heres a couple of reasons 1) ill use what i want 2) small arms modifier is on 3) ill use what i want 4) since small arms modifier is on leveling up other primaries is easier (saving up the motes in case theyre needed in RoI) 5) Not to crazy about the gun in the first place (its ok because its arc) 6)ILL USE WHAT I WANT And if you dont like my loadout then YOU can leave because im not

your response was the correct one, well played. also wtf is that guy talking about? zhalo has NEVER been a requirement for anything... ever... ToM maybe, but zhalo? that guy was just insane or really really really bad at trolling... even though i shouldn't even compliment him that much by saying what he was doing could possibly be considered trolling.

Strikes can be boring and people want as much rep as possible quickly. However, it's unacceptable to send people hate mail just for not having a weapon

That's hilarious I had a kid message me and asked me too switch to zhalo. I said I'm using bolt caster to drop more orbs for ya. The kid left, then at the end of the strike the kid that took his place asked me how I was cheating to drop so many orbs.

The zhalo sucks at range even with burn. I'll stick to my jade rabbit and run arc secondary and heavy. I probably would have left...rather find a better group of people to play with.

Lmao I could understand a raid, but those guys are just jerks for sending such messages on strikes Ive never even sent hate mail to the worst teammates that refuse to revive me on strikes despite me having loads more kills than them I still revive and cover them because I cant be an ass, even if I want to [spoiler]once in horde mode of gears of war, around wave 25, the randys in my game messaged me saying they would rather be executed than revived by me, lmao I still revived them and you'll never guess who ended up with the least kills on the team to the most at wave 30[/spoiler]

couple things come to mind here... 1. The guy who messaged you is obviously an asshat for telling you to leave and sending hate mail because of your lack of zhalo. 2. While doing strikes without arc subclass or weapons is absolutely possible and still easy... having these things makes them easier 3. When I do strikes with any of my friends we bring the best stuff possible and it shows on the scoreboard if there is a random... I guarantee you would have got no where near as many kills as us had you been paired with us... the fact that you spanked two dudes using zhalo with a kinetic damage gun just shows how scrubby they were.

Unfortunately for them, they ended up dying right before the boss died, I found it necessary to waive at them right before the suicide. Childish? Absolutely. Worth it? YES!

You do you man, I get messeges like that and equip a no land. They quit then I invite my friends in and switch weapons. I'm not trying to brag about being a year one, but I think I paid enough to run what I feel like without some kid who just got the game trying to tell me how to play.

3 AntwortenAlthough Zhalo is a very strong and useful gun, I cannot stand the handling of it. I never use it. Not even when arc burn on strikes was active, seeing how I don't even keep one in the vault. Screw them if they talk crap, do what you want. At least you're actually playing, not AFK.

I'm not saying he was in the right or defending that guy. I'll play with anyone as long as they aren't AFK'ing or purposefully hindering progression. But it is kind of annoying how many people go into Strikes with literally zero awareness to the modifiers. Like its arc burn as well. Please at least try to use something arc. Every class has an arc subclass. It's not mandatory, but it's just a weird pet peeve of mine. ( this wasn't directed at you. just my opinion on the matter. )
