I again came across the same scrublord as talked about below. But this time not in a strike, but in Doubles. And the best thing is, he was on the other team.
As he was using his sweaty loadout of last word and sniper that he could not stop hardscoping with, i had fun with my sidearm and Mida. And he got a little salty with me lol. He left the game after a while and the salt came rushing in through my messages. Thats when i noticed he was the same guy as below. And i just cant stop laughing because of it lol.

So i was playing on my second account and started the heroric playlist. Since i rarely play with it, i was already gutted that it doesnt have the Zhalo Supercell but rolled with it, Small Arm is on anyway.
Load into the strike and get a message from a random that i was matchmade with saying: "Leave the strike."
So i asked why and got back: "you dont have Zhalo."
Is this what this community has gotten to? Has it fallen this low that you cant play a strike unless you have a certain weapon?
So i answered with: sorry, guess i missed the requirement of needing to have Zhalo in order to play. Still weird that the game still matchmade me even if i dont met all requirements.
Ofcourse i didnt leave. Wasnt planning on either. And the streak of offensive messages i got in return also wasnt going to change that.
Bottem line, dont be an asshole. Especially if the guy without Zhalo gets more kills and less deaths then you. Just having Zhalo doesnt make you a good player.

1 AntwortenI just played the Heroic strike list for over an hour and some of the Guardians I played with ran Hawkmoon and Solar subclass. Still got them done no problem. Shame that people are being dicks about it.

1 AntwortenYou can report players, there is an option in game and also in the xbox menu, if you're on ps4 I assume you can do that too, I know that serves for shit but thats the best you can do besides a good Match

I used necrochasm all last night. I had the most kills every time at 315 light. Granted it is a primary with arc burn but it ain't no zhalo. Also I would rather use plastics spoons then zhalo I really dislike that gun

Dude. I went into these heroic. Strikes as a striker titan. I've used both supercell and fatebringer as a primary, arc sniper and an arc machine gun. My light level was between 295 and 297. Fate bringer averaged at least 7k damage and wasn't a bad choice at all for something that is year one. If people don't want you to play because you aren't using your "gjallarhorn" then either play without them or leave and come back into rotation. No need to stress over people that want to run through the strike as fast as possible. Look me up. I kill almost everything within the strike for engrams and I play as a team mate.

Something similar happened with me. Was doing strikes and got into an omingul strike that was already started. As soon as my guardian phased in I got a message. So I opened and was told to leave. So I asked why? The dude replied "because you have aids!" So I stayed. He sent me another message saying him and his buddy wasn't gonna do anything unless I left. So I just sat there and waited on them. They eventually got up and finished the strike. Now if the guy would have said their buddy got kicked and wanted him to re-join I would have left. But no they wanted to be little smart ass punks.

I wouldn't be too upset. Year 1 everyone required you had a Ghorn to raid. Suck it up and ignore them they can't kick you

I would have just walked around slow as hell for the whole strike. I wouldn't shoot a thing, just make sure to move enough not to get booted. Let THEM leave.

I don't care what people use. I have a teammate that has spawns memorized to a T. We hardly even notice a 3rd player and finish in under 10 be min. Whoever messaged you is just bad at strikes.

Wait..... What? It's a strike..... It's not a nightfall. If you can't fly threw it without a crutch, then you need to stick to patrols. Those guys must've been garbage.

Yeah this is why I play solo 95% of the time. I wish we'd get a solo option for Regular/Heroic Strikes & Nightfall. I have been lucky and never got a nasty message during a strike. Back in the HOW and Vanilla days, plenty of folks would message me wondering why I don't have Ghorn. I never got one to drop until about 2 months before TTK dropped. Bottomline. If they were waiting on a friend. I would leave. Otherwise, the reason needed to be legit. But honestly scumbags like them don't deserve your time. I would have said showed them a very specific finger, left, then blocked both their PSNIDs/Gamertags.
