Me neither although part of it is down to player internet connections and ISPs. Bungie made the decision not to go with dedicated servers (not Activision as Overwatch proves) as they believed they could achieve more with peer to peer. I think in PVE it is fine as there are a number of clever networking tools you can use to make everyone feel like they're playing together. In PVP with every fraction of a second counts p2p isn't a good option. At the very least Iron Banner and trials should be on dedicated servers.
