The fourth of July is just a date on which people signed a paper. Our independence wasn't win till 8 years later....in September I believe. And yes I am American. But we don't celebrate that day which is kind of weird.

I was at a party yesterday and when we were at the front of the house, every so often a guy on a scooter with an american flag on it would drive by and shout "AMERICA!" And we would cheer.

11 AntwortenUgh I hate 4th of July. I own 3 dogs and fireworks make them go crazy so the wife and I have to try to calm them for hours. I wish there was another way to celebrate our independence but it is what it is i guess.
