SC is one thing.. Armour perks make it another. IMO. Those mk44 boots (got them from a 3oC last night.. Tho I main Hunter) seem to be a good boost for the Titan.
Still, a decent sniper can stop them in their sprinty trax.

Those lonely 2 people that do nothing but SC 95% of a match and fire their weapons 5xs That's probably it. Is a matter of opinion and play style but I almost don't ever see anyone wearing them. I would love to see equipped exotic stats for boots,cuz I almost never see [b]ANYONE[/b] wearing exotic boots on any class. I also heard something about the bones being bad ass for evading sideways and really fast,and people are wearing more in competetive for that reason,but hard to believe people would give up an extra nade or melee charge or any other better exotics. Haven't even tried myself (Sorry locks,I know u don't count)

I rocked my Dance Machines for the move quicker while ads for a while. Then I got nice FWC boots ;)

Sorry, I didn't explain properly. My point was ANY armour could have perks that turn a regular ability into a really good one. Jus used mk44 as an example, cos its the only titan boots I've gotten. Only played with a titan for a few hours, so its still an unknown for me. Tho my first few hours in crucible as a hunter, I was SC killed left n right lol Bit better now, but at first, it done my head in.
