Everything that is a 1-shot kill and takes no skill needs a nerf. This includes shoulder charge (which has no counter, can't counter when you are dead) and shotguns. Shoulder charge should require a charge up like any other melee. Currently people just spam it. Snipers do require skill since you need a head shot for a kill but they do need some de-scoping when getting shot. Shot guns should only be a 1-shot if it is to the head like snipers and 2 to the body. This would also necessitate bringing back shot package and removing all previous nerfs. Also, new armor perks should be added. Helmets need a perk to add damage resistance to sniper shots and chest pieces damage resistance to shotguns.
