STUPID NEXT GEN JERKS
Ever since DeeJ posted the weekly update saying they're taking events away from last gen, any time any of us last gen players says somethin about it, we get crap from these idiotic next gen players! HEY GUYS! GUESS WHAT?! SOME PEOPLE CAN'T AFFORD TO JUST GO BUY A BRAND SPANKIN NEW CONSOLE! SOME OF US CAN'T EVEN GET JOBS YET! I'm 15 and i can't get a job, so when these next gen brats come in and say get off your a** and get a job, it sets me off. PLEASE STOP WITH THIS CRAP! It's only been a fee hours and im already sick and tired of it.
(Anyone with me??)

Im just now getting destiny for my xbox one, even though ive had my xbox one for three years. I had heard about the game when bungie made that vidoc, and one day when i was going to play skyrim, i saw the beta, downloaded it, and fell in love. So i randomly bought it for 360 because i thought the second one would come about a year or two after the first.

Heres what you dont understand theres plenty of ways to obtain money without being of age. My baby brother has a good amount saved up in a large container hell when i was younger my gba btoke and i saved up to buy the sp. Recycle bottles do some house work for your parents and if your going to try to convince me your from the struggle please your either on your phone right now trolling on the forums and you play on xbl which requires renewal with wifi that needs paying every month. Before i got a job i had no internet for 3 whole years a prepaid phone and the only games i could play was whatever i saved up for on my sp. As for xbox i didnt even get on xbl till 2010 so please i dare you to convince me how hard it is for you to save money.

Actually, im 15 also and i have a job. Either do local landscaping or try to apply for your workers permit. Not that hard.

In 1992 I discovered and became obsessed with a little game called Street Fighter 2. In 1993 Capcom ported Super Street Fighter 2 on to the SNES and that was the moment when I realised my NES was now obsolete and that I'd have to upgrade to a SNES. Back in those days I lived in the Carribean. I got a daily allowance of $5 EC ( Eastern Caribbean ) to buy my lunch which roughly works out at $1.85 US ( it's a fixed exchange rate, the value never, ever changes ). Each day, I would put away half my lunch money into a special SNES fund( which means my daily lunch cost me less that $1 US ), needless to say, the process was slow and tedious but guess what, I eventually got my SNES. I get that money is tight for a lot of people. I earn a little over minimum wage I constantly struggle to make ends meet but it can be done. Every single PS3/360 owner who was interested in continuing gaming should have started a Next/Current generation console fund on the second the PS4 and Xbox One were announced. It shouldn't have caught any of you by surprise that you'd have to upgrade sooner than later. The PS3 and 360 are 9+ years old and developers have been bitching about how under powered they were for years. I'm surprised that all the major publishers continued to support them as long as they did.

(Anyone with me??)[/quote] When I was 13 (55yrs ago) I did 3 paper rounds 2 in morning and one at night I got very little money for it around 50p UK cash but I managed to get what I needed in those days if you look maybe you can get a little job and EARN money to buy new console

Video games aren't essential services. They've done the market research and 90% of players are on current gen. Sorry that you don't have the means to upgrade, but from a business standpoint, this is just smart business. Drop 10% of the community, likely at least 5% of which will upgrade, open up the potential for the game by way of removing a more restricted, less powerful console to offer a better overall product, profit off the fact that a lot of people would be more inclined to spend more money on something if it was a better overall experience.

People always find ways to divide into "Us" vs "Them." It's almost as if we want to go extinct as a species. It's sad, really. It'd only take five people, a stick and rope to kill a 6 foot Crocodile. People should think about that.

No we are not with you Last-gen is holding back Bungie's creative capabilities because of Hardware limitations. Technology changes, if you don't like it sell your Xbox 360 and go to the library and read a book.

Get a part time job. Ask around a bit. Talk to any friends who have jobs. Make some relations and acquaintances. If you really want it you can get there.

Deal with it. Consoles don't stay the same forever. You can't keep playing on old consoles and expect to play new content. It's just a game. You're missing out on one dlc. Get over it.

1 AntwortenStep 1 work the summer doing odd jobs like mowing(10-20$ per lawn), detassle corn( 800$ Sucks but its worth it) Step 2 sell the 360 or ps3 along with games you never play anymore Step 3 sell lemonade or some other drink or food. Step 4 Buy the xbox one or ps4 later on in the summer. Step 5 Buy destiny Step 6 realize you just bought destiny a second time along with all the dlcs. Step 7 Cry in your room because you just spent all your hard earned money on 1 video game Step 8 Play destiny and regret ever buying it again Step 9 Be bored and realize you had more fun earning money then playing Destiny Step 10 Watch as future games come out but you spent all your money on Destiny and cry about it. Step 11 Try to get a refund for buying destiny and all the dlcs Step 12 Get console banned for "trying to rip off" Sony or Microsoft Step 13 Sell new console to Gamestop or Video games ect or a Disc replay. Step 14 Buy another console and don't buy Destiny

1 AntwortenI was 15 when PS3 and 360 released. I worked hard during that year. Bought my first car. Bought a 360. Saved til I was 18 and moved out and worked while I was a full time student. But that was the last generation of hustlers. Not burried in their phones and complaining about not having everything handed to them.

Good luck saving the $$$ for anything when you cant even afford batteries for your headset. Everyday working class have a hard enough time getting the dlc let alone a new current gen console. You Kids in school and no job, mow lawns or something. But good luck after having kids ppl. Priorities change. Lol. Saved for 2 years and still only have enough for an empty console box.
