The queen turns out to be alive and is captured by the hive. She is being held in one of the hive prisons being tortured by wizards. You find a distress beacon located on the dreadnaught and you investigate only to find the prison destroyed and dead hive everywhere. In the distance you see a ketch with a skiff moving toward it. The Queen's brother frames you for her disappearance and tries to kill you. Variks knows the truth however and starts feeding you info from the reef. The awoken find out and stop him so you have to go into the reef blind and kill the queen and her brother. [spoiler]The queen was with her brothers plan all along.[/spoiler]
