It isn't fair for ps3 user to buy a ps4 to keep on destiny.
I hope this reaches bungie staff in general, for me or ps3 users who can't afford to buy a ps4 so that i can keep playing destiny, because that means that i would have to buy the console + the game + the dlc it would cost a whole lot of money, i feel very dissapointed and sad because it means that my money spended on the ps3 version wasn't enough, so please bungie if you could revise your project once more it would be very apretiated

It isn't fair to downgrade the quality of the game just to appeal to the 10% on 11 year old equipment. I sympathise with you, but we need Destiny to move foward in gaming not stay in the past on out dated consoles.

And will you pester Sony in the same manner when they shut down PS3 servers and movie forward? Your console is 10 years old. You had ten years to save for the next gen. It only gets faster from here who knows when ps4 is gonna be a thing of the past. Bungie is just reading the writing on the wall. Last gen isn't long for this world. Why throw away money for what comes out to be about 10% of users? (And you're kidding yourself if you don't think that's a waste).

4 AntwortenBut even if rise of iron was being rolled out on previous machines destiny 2 is going to be current generation onwards so you'd need to upgrade to carry on anyway

Bearbeitet von byekv1: 7/1/2016 12:30:24 AMMicrosoft is stopping xbox live for 360 this year i believe. I'm not sure about ps3 but if rise of iron releases... you only the rest of the year and that's it, services shut down. You are done with destiny COMPLETELY unless you upgrade to current gen.

7 AntwortenThey're testing how far they can go before screwing over their players and pissing off everyone. They're already screwing over their old gen players and still keeping most players on their side. Next thing they'll do is make Destiny 2 a PS4 exclusive game, screw over their xbox players, and still see how many will take their side.

1 AntwortenI had a PS3 and both of my sons had PS3's, all with copies of Destiny and the first DLC. I upgraded first to the PS4 shortly after The Dark Below came out and then within a couple of months I upgraded both of my sons. We missed the Christmas special where you could get a free upgrade to PS4 for the game so I had to buy not only the console 3 times but also the game and DLC's 3 times. Upgrading is not cheap for me, but I don't regret it for a second. You can always trade in your current system and games towards a new one. And I'm guessing you are a kid still living at home so I would suggest mowing lawns, walking dogs, etc. Earn a bit of money and you'll have it in no time before the Rise of Iron launch in Sept. My boys take care of their neighbor's dogs and mow their lawn, and they make 70 a week of their own money.

Did you not think about old concole dont usually get new games after the release of newer ones? You've had a good long run with your outdated hardware, time to join the rest of us with "current" gen. Im not hating on the old systems, I have them all the way back to my first Atari, but, come on. With the NEO coming soon, ive already saved for it and bought a 4k tv.

It really aggravates me when people say they can save any money. Put at least a dollar back each day, you should have a ps4 near a year. If you can't wait that long, you have no right now complain.
