by making it opaque to enemy vision and radar. The Titan and his teammates can see out; enemies cannot see in.
And let us customize our opaque bubbles: reflective, black, rainbow, faction, etc.
Edit: I am not the originator of this idea, but I would sure love to see it realized.
Edit 2: Perhaps to keep this skill from being OP, the opaque bubble could be a perk on the skill tree, but when selected, the bubble does not generate any orbs.
Edit 3: A few people suggested making an Exotic armor piece with the opaque bubble as the perk. Great idea. That'd be an interesting Exotic.

I want a -blam!-ing zebra striped bubble
-
2 AntwortenOr make it match your shader

3 AntwortenWould also be interesting if the bubble made those inside "invisible" to those on the outside- so, the bubble would look empty and enemies wouldn't be sure what they're facing (if anything) when they entered. Basically like a false-background. This way the bubble can't be exactly used an a view obstruction device (which could get out of hand a little in objective based game modes) as you could still see through it like normal. Of course, once an enemy enters the bubble, all those inside would become visible as usual.

32 AntwortenThis is a cool idea. It would definitely further dissuade enemies from venturing into the mystery death bubble. Thanks for sharing.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Assassin Trump: 6/27/2016 3:58:00 AMSorry totally read it incorrectly, would it b like a one way mirror?

2 AntwortenAfter thinking. Would this not be point less. Example 1 - control - you pop a bubble on B. even if I can't see in I know your there I'll see the zone capping. Example 2 - rift - I'll still see the spark being taken. If I see a bubble just sitting some where not near the objective or other players I'm going to ignore it. If I can't see someone is in it. Seems like it would just be used more for trolling in PVP. Funny videos of the one kid who walked to close to have something pop out and drag him into the "bubble of death". Or the ones that suppers it only to look around and say "that was a waste. I feel so stupid". Oh I have a better one. Pop the bubble right at the edge of a map. People slide in with a shotgun ready only fall off the map.

2 AntwortenWhy not just make the whole idea of an opaque-bubble be an exotic trait.
-
Very interesting

1 AntwortenBuff the bubble, snuff the trouble!
-
3 AntwortenBump, great idea and maybe perhaps in D2 a titan could throw the bubble and trap enemies inside sort of like the Hunter's shadow shot.
-
4 AntwortenThat's a really cool idea. I'm down
-
3 AntwortenLmao so if I see an enemy titan bend over and throw his arms out to his sides, I'll know that's a ghost bubble!
-
3 AntwortenDefender needs a big buff then if that chart is everything to go by? Better make Defender's bubbles like vandal bubbles insofar as that you can shoot out of them but not in. ...and I main a hunter but if that chart is everything, well we better start fixing it huh?
-
2 AntwortenThe bubble should suppress anyone who enters it like their suppression grenades.
-
3 AntwortenWhat about a Titan Exotic Helmet that augments the Bubble to block all forms of Regeneration when an enemy enters it? Even abilities that would normally force Regen(Red Death, Cauterize, Energy Drain, Flame Shield just too name a few) would not work.

9 Antworten-make armor of light intrinsic -replace AoL with the 'black bubble' perk
-
1 AntwortenI would like something like this. Defender feels a little lackluster super-wise
-
1 AntwortenGot my bubble 4 times yesterday in trials. Everytime I got it, id place it when I was the last one alive. Everytime. I clutched a round. Its a real powerful super in the right hands.
-
9 AntwortenOnly buff bubble needs is a no pop out side supers cant pop it and titan dying wont pop it just let it run its timer like tether does any titan playing defender in pvp knows there is nothing more useless then a bubble in the wrong place there are games i get to use my super only once simply because im not in the right place to use it at the time other then that anyone in the bubble are pretty much in the open as long as someone pops it its pretty ez to kill them , espically if its not a single action super and you get a 2nd shot in the bubble just isnt supporting anyone if the guys on the other team is anygood and thats need to change . p.s. to all those who gonna say they get killed by defenders in bubbles all the time , you simply suck at the game ...

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von HELP1NG HAND: 6/25/2016 4:03:16 PMLOVE IT. However, I personally believe its color shouldn't change, that it should still generate orbs, and should result from the effect of a Defender exclusive exotic armor piece.

3 AntwortenBut I can't taunt people in an opaque bubble...

Makes the bubble very avoidable tho

Bearbeitet von iDovahBear: 6/25/2016 11:38:09 AMThis is actually a really interesting way to buff Defender. I like it. It could be an incredible PvP Exotic for Defenders. The design theme could be like the antithesis to The Glasshouse... I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it. Great idea 10/10 would upvote again if I could. Gives Defenders just the perfect hint of sneakiness.

Honestly, they should make armor of light a constant perk while inside the bubble, which would free up a slot and give it an offensive perk. That opaque bubble was one idea I had. Basically you, everyone inside and the bubble are invisible. Make it on a timer like gunslinger blade dancer etc. Another where you can shoot out but people can't shoot it. Make it on a timer as well, but it can only produce one orb after the bubbles dissapears to prevent bubble spam.

I would like a radius increase. Get a little more elbow room in there.
