I started the Refer-a-Friend quest with someone long ago on my titan. We got to step 5 of the quest and he quit. I got a new refer-a-friend linked. We completed the quest on a different character. We then attempted to continue it on my titan that was already at step 5 while he was at step 1. He reached step 5 and is also now stuck due to the Daily Heroic being bugged. I've abandoned the quest twice and picked it back up and it still starts at step 5 showing steps 1-4 incomplete. We are linked and have linked icons still.
