Bungie Is Killing the Excitement in PvP with Nerfs
I have been playing this game since Year 1. With the continued nerfs, Bungie is making PVP boring. They keep catering to whiners and soon we are going to end up with rubber bullets, grenades and totally useless supers. Myself and most of the people I normally play with are leaving the game since this latest nerf. I was fine with the last update but this latest set of nerfs is definitely going in the wrong direction in my opinion. Everyone doesn't get a trophy!!!!! Just implement skill based match making and leave things alone!!!!

pvp is what made destiny boring because of all the nerf crybabies, and effectively making pve boring because Bungo is too damn lazy to differentiate between the two when it comes to sandbox balancing.

13 AntwortenStop being such -blam!-ing crybabies and change your playstyle. Bungie doesn't care about your opinions, it cares about the stats. PvP feels balanced for the first time in awhile, and PvE is a lot more fun because of increased super damage.

1 AntwortenNerfs in PvP are good. Nerfs in PvE are bad. Low TTK makes a game way less frustrating and more balanced. Compare CoD to Halo for example... Which game pisses you off more? Also, which game is more balanced?

6 AntwortenI'm personally tired of warlock buffs. God, can we make a nearly worthless character any more worthless? What really demonstrates the bias against the warlock is the recovery penalty on blink jump given to the warlock and not the hunter.....please...if anything they need to speed up the time it takes to get off a nova bomb. I can't tell you how many times I've been countered simply because the Titan slam can be initiated after the fact and completed before I can complete my nova bomb. Who's driving this Bungie ship called "balance" because it feels like a roller coaster rather then a train ride. I skipped my first IB because of this "balancing" and I'll skip this next one too.

4 AntwortenIn my opinion pvp should just get removed in general it's no fun it's stressful and promotes ppl to lag switch and cheat if the game was solely pve everything would be great and there wouldn't be half the nerds to our great guns due to pvp crybabies and sweat buckets there's hardly any skill involved when it comes to the amount of aim assist and it's all snipers now and everybody uses things that takes away skill it's always funny how ppl can snipe you all day long yet when you confront them with a primary you melt them why because they have absolute no gun skill because bungie plays to thier handicap and let's snipers run pvp at this time i would be ever so happy if pvp consisted of primaries only no special or heavy ammo ever spawned no grenades or supers then and only then you'd truly see who has gun skill on the game

5 AntwortenI'm going to be honest, I've never understood WHY nerfs made the game feel "boring." In PVP at least. Why is it that when a gun feels weaker, it becomes stale in your eyes? Is it because you miss its strength? Because now that it's weaker, it's not as reliable? When Blizzard gave Bungie advice, the basically said "The player loves feeling powerful." So how does Bungie put that in effect when the only thing the player faces.... Are other players? I could see how it works in PVE, but how in PVP? Sooooooooo....anyone care to explain? How does nerfs make destiny stale/boring?

Would you at least say the buff to supers in PvE were good and much needed? Other than that, everything else was uncalled for.

1 AntwortenI play all 3 classes and subclasses in pvp. I switch my weapon load outs a bit too. Seeing as I'm not married to any subclass or specific set of weapons, it's much easier to deal with changes to pvp. I have found it to be a bit more enjoyable. I see new weapons and subclasses being used. I see the subclasses being used in new ways. All of that to me is a positive thing. There will always be people complaining for nerfs or buffs, bad players will still want nerfs even after the current ones simply because they're bad. Good players will continue to play well and adapt to the changes, because they're good at the game.

Same goes for class / subclass, bungie didn't like people sticking others with trip mines so they want you to start using other grenades, gunslingers you know who you are. It's nothing to do with huntards or sooklocks whining, bungie can do as bungie pleases, it's their game and you have to suck it up until something better comes out.

Get dedicated servers for destiny to improve connections in pvp, also ignore every crybaby complaining about a gun they are yet to earn and don't even try to think how to beat a simple auto rifle, or any other gun
