Do you guys wonder what Bungie will do after Destiny franchise is complete or their deal with Activision is over?
1) Make a new AAA game
2) Work on a new IP and not tell anyone about for a while
3) Ask Microsoft to take them back and ask for their forgiveness.
4) Do something game related.
I hope they have a back up plan after the 10 year contract with Activision is over and the Destiny franchise is completed.

They disband because, let's face it, Destiny (1st Month) was the games height. Destiny 2 will have half of the sales Destiny had. Even then, half of those will be skeptical players. After this deal Bungie will split apart with groups going to other studios, forming new ones, or leaving Game Development behind.

Make a new IP, presumably. No doubt after ten years of Destiny, there'll be more new stories to tell and new ideas to explore.

I believe I read they have the rights to and also may make a Marathon remake.

2 AntwortenI think they should still do space shooters, since they seem to do those pretty well. Maybe even something with more exploration than Destiny, with a little more variety.

They might still make more destiny. Activision can pay them more if Destiny continue's to rake in the cash
