Yeah but its not as if fallout cost more because it has mods and they didnt charge people to be able to use mods in fo4 which they couldve and people would have for sure paid... If SR SE is as good as it looks and the problems that was in the og version (exp on playstaion) have been fixed ill buy it no problem...ill easily put 1000+ hrs into and never even beat the final main quest it will be worth it...
