Everyone thinks they know what they're talking about on this forum. Everyone's an expert at everything. Youve diagnosed my problem by telling my internet sucks and have never tested it, never asked my what my up and down speed tests are, never asked if I'm hard wired or not.... Fukin experts in here. Down speed has shit all to do with connection quality and up speed I would say is playable at 2 mpbs (as long as you aren't the host). Every time I see someone saying I shouldn't lag because I have high bandwidth kinda makes it obvious they have no idea, high latency, packet loss, blocked ports ect are things that mainly cause the problems also take into consideration other people using your net can cause instability.

All true. I recommend a gaming router with port priorities and a feature that limits the amount of total usage(anti-flood) to avoid capping out(which causes lag). The one I've got also has a Geo-filter so that I get connections close to me, and a hyper-traffic feature that puts gaming data ahead of other data. And you are also correct about upload speed. I have had 2 PS4s in my house running crucible on my old internet(3mbps) and only rarely had a problem. Good post.
