Challenge of Elders is now BROKEN..
With the new "Veriks grows impatient" point penalty the fun of going to PoE has been ruined. We got up to over 1500 points in the first round then the impatience took effect and the round ended with us having a little over six hundred. I won't return to the PoE if this isn't remedied. Great job Bungie.

At first I was coming in to bash the OP, call him a scrub, then tell him to "git gud". Now after playing CoE......-blam!-. Now I am sweating in yet another activity....playing relaxed must just be a thing of the past unless you are patrolling the Cosmodrome.

did the same to us who had to find a 3rd then go thru a brutal 3 rounds it was only after switching to bladedancer with bad juju that we started piling points & were able to get the 30k in the 3 rounds but now must coordinate how, when & with whom i can do my other 2 characters with cause 1 at least better be a hunter bladedancer. & thats only this week with trickle on. It may get easier but the fun has been removed & i will have to alienate some folks whom i enjoy paying with cause but cannot trust to get it done. & thus back to the LFG must be this level & must have that weapon & must be a certain subclass! Next bungie will tell us thru patch notes mind you that oryx is too easy & thus we have to fight two of him in the raid ......joking obviously but its pretty much the same thing.....And could be viewed as a cheat cause they change rules by altering the difficulty after they see what we can do! Which again speaks to the ineptitude of the developers & staff. I mean anyone whos seen Dj play knows he's trash when it comes to his skill level & if thats the level of player who is testing the material released then they need to outsource that task to people who can get down before releasing a subpar product only to alter it after we blaze thru what they created. Not change the rules to suit themselves after the fact & discovering thru us that its trash! Like sorry our developers suck @ developing and or playing & think this is hard & you guys dont & blaze thru it so he's a change to the rules to make up for their incompetence..... Sorry to vent on your post but its ridiculous!

I usually get 6000+ in the first round in speed runs with randoms. Make sure everyone is ready with their load outs when you spawn in. That timer starts when the airlock door opens, not when you decide to start the round. You waste precious time setting up in the airlock.

How the -blam!- are you playing it?! First round you should be walking out of there with roughly between 5500 and 6500 points with ease!! Not broken at all you just can't play it!!

2 AntwortenThis week is tough because of the combination of enemy types and modifiers. Variks growing impatient is now more punitive, but it is by no means impossible. I two manned it with one of my regular buddies and we normally get around 40-45k on a single run, yesterday we got 32-35k each time.

2 AntwortenYou are taking too long and not getting enough points in the first place. You should at least have 5000 or higher at the end of the first round. Practice and get better, don't complain about it just because you aren't good at the mode.

This is because people were popping Titan bubbles to create orbs and points. They'd just wait for hours during the third round for their supers and just keep popping bubbles. It was inflating game scores. Now you need to move your ass to get a high game score. So be it.
