Challenge of Elders is now BROKEN..
With the new "Veriks grows impatient" point penalty the fun of going to PoE has been ruined. We got up to over 1500 points in the first round then the impatience took effect and the round ended with us having a little over six hundred. I won't return to the PoE if this isn't remedied. Great job Bungie.

1 AntwortenIt's a good system, now it has a meaning, it's not just " Shut up Variks no one cares " anymore. Although, it will suck for soloing. It would be great if we could keep the old points system if you go in solo.

7 AntwortenAmazing how many can't read. What you did yesterday, last week or whenever is irrelevant. The time penalty has been increased dramatically. A team should have no problem still, but soloing it for 30K is a no go. Time penalty will kill your score. It use to take off a few points now it takes off a lot. Even 2 manning it will need tons of melee kills to get the score up to counter the penalty.

1 Antwortenlol you're doing it wrong! Check your modifiers! It's Melee's this week! We got 40k on our first run. And that was with a guy running SunSinger. I said try the Ram with Voidwalker, Infinite LifeSteal!!!!! I don't think I shot more than 20!enemies in 3 rounds...

9 AntwortenDestiny is now FUBAR as a result of this update. 3 months until new content drops and Bungie makes the game less FUN to play on many levels. Wow, just wow. Reset Tuesday and ZERO desire to play. Only 2 out of over 100 friends playing Destiny. Many feel the same way.

You have to change tactics & seek out the adds rather than taking the time waiting for them to appear. Keksis sucks for that especially because of his ability to kill your abilities :p. Soloing it before I would stay close to the wall at the entrance so i could stop the bomb from the other side using the wall for protection but it took time picking off adds from a distance. Won't be able to do that anymore I guess.

5 AntwortenI feel the same on this issue. Sure, the real good players will still succeed, but then again they are probably the ones less in need of those 30,000 point gun rewards anyway. The bar got raised a lot higher this week. Combining it with a "fun sucking" first two rounds didn't help either.

3 AntwortenStill managed to get 29.5k first attempt, 32k second attempt, 30k third attempt. Three manned it - just expect to die heaps as you three shot melee the taken hobgoblins in round three!
