Very dissapointed in Bethesda's E3 show
Not sure why I thought ES6 would be announced, just optimism on my part I guess. Got really excited about Skyrim getting remastered at first, but no chance in hell am I going to level up blacksmithing again.
Quake could be cool though at least

Bethesda have gone down alot imo. Half the dlc is just settlement add ons which no one wanted and has already been made in mods, and 1 of the other dlcs had a pretty thread bare story (robot building is kind of neat though). Fair play for the way they announced fallout 4, but the game was still overhyped and is massively overrated compared to previous iterations.

I don't even like Skyrim and I got giddy when seeing the remaster, suppose it'll give me a reason to try and get into again.

I read somewhere that Elder Scrolls Six is in fact being developed having been confirmed by a Bethesda source but it's in such a small progress state that it wasn't worth mentioning at E3 of this year. Either way another installment of Elder Scrolls is practically inevitable although such epic games take time, it will pop up eventually.

3 AntwortenThey just put out Fallout 4. So unless TES VI is handed off to a different developer, and I can't see them messing with a good thing given how well these games sell, I don't know why you were expecting it.

3 AntwortenI was more disappointed in the fact that they are stopping with DLC for Fallout 4 already. Cmon, such an anticipated game, and only support for 1 year? I know there will be mods, but seriously, why not continue with updates over the next several years.

Did you hear what God Howard said about it? He said if he tried to explain the game people would say we don't have the technology for that/that's gonna take years to make. ES6 will be the shit when it comes out

Couldnt really care. I thought skrym was lackluster. Fallout 4 was fun but short lived and the DLCs a bit of a joke. And eso is meh at best. I feel like bethesda's golden age has passed.

3 AntwortenI was hyped until I realized that I would have to level all of my skills again, this time with all of the exploits and glitches fixed so that I have to do it legit. I might pass, I've wasted enough days grinding iron daggers, unlesd there is a mod that just gives you max everything.

After playing so much Skyrim, I too was dissatisfied. I wish they threw in one or two more DLC packs, give me something that makes me want to buy it and grind through everything, not just because you made the graphics a little better. Very sad about it.

9 AntwortenI'm not gonna lie, for a moment that "Prey" game looked like Half Life 3. But in all seriousness, it was disappointing. Two tiny workshop mods for Fallout 4 and a weird amusement park DLC. ESO (despite the fact that I don't play it) looked like nothing but a PC DLC being released on console. And they revealed a card game. A fu[u][/u]cking card game. Doom updates confirmed and a Map Pack DLC. Plus the first level of Doom is free for a week. Dishonored 2 looks cool though.

Quake and Prey are the highlights for me. The father of modern shooters is coming back! Hopefully you can still rocket-jump.

4 AntwortenI'm disappointed that Nuka World will be the final DLC. We get 4 little DLCs that could easily be replaced by mods, and then 2 story ones, hopefully Nuka world adds a new map and doesn't just take a random corner of the existing. But still, they should've focused more on story DLC, and at least not told us they're calling it quits after Nuka world. They're slowly turning into "hit it and quit it" with their games. Fallout 4 was dumbed down in many ways, and they're already done creating content for it not even a year after its release? That's just disappointing for a game of its scope and fanbase.

ES6 won't be out until 2018-2019. They have already covered this numerous times already. =_=
