Releasing the "Plaguelands", the area outside of the cosmodrome wall, will no doubt excite fans of the game. But wasn't it already shown in the vanilla game Vidoc?
Edit: read earlier comments before repeating something that has already been said.

There you go m8s. Proof right there.
Another edit: Bungie also said not so long ago that they wouldn't be selling anymore dlc until the sequel release. Bet you've all forgotten about that though haven't you?

Did you really think they'd release everything at one time? Then people would just bitch that there's nothing new and everything was rushed.
This forum is no place for logic. I apologize. I think you're absolutely right. What a bunch of Taken Tots. -=Southern4x4 facepalms=-

I vaguely remember reading about the Ghorn was supposed to be obtained originally from a quest given by Saladin... WAIT A SECOND?!

1 AntwortenThe concept art doesn't always end up in the game

1 AntwortenOne thing I'm curious and may be a plot hole Doesn't the player begin on the other side of the wall And the plague lands are on the other side as well So I'm guessing plague lands is way farther than the starting area or there are a lot more walls

This was not part of the original story. And the original story wasn't scrapped to be released as dlc. When it was presented to the top brass at bungie and activision it was deemed as not good enough and far too complicated. The dlc we have seen dropped ie taken King was an alternative version of what was supposed to. E.g the dreadnaught wasn't even what it is now and the stranger wasn't the stranger. A lot of things were changed and the current characters in game had totally different roles.

Everything that releases in the next 10 years was supposed to be in Vanilla Destiny. But Bungie=Money Hungry.

You could sparrow glitch into the snow area last year. I think it was suppose to be part of how. Didn't have it finished... Now they do. It's not secret vog was meant to be after crota.

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Abrrinacave: 6/10/2016 3:48:04 PMKeep in mind, we also had a story and in depth character development too But activision decided they'd rather do what they're used to and make money instead of make a good game How'd they do this? They made bungie cut a lot of stuff, causing them to lose they're story director, thus losing the awesome story So in reality, don't blame bungie. They don't (aren't allowed to) make those decisions. Blame activision

3 AntwortenI don't care about that what winds me up is September dlc should been lunched two months ago , approaching year3 destiny and still no destiny2 or anything new , same enemies just with a makeover crucible sucks no new game mods and those good modes that are u have to play them whenever they are pleased to put them on, why should I wait for freelance when it should be a permanent mode so I can play it whenever I want to or doubles for that matter,,

I firmly believe that everything from TTK and before, was probably in vanilla. Any Vanilla players who where here every week and saw the lack of content from The Dank Below and the House of Women, where probably super excited for what the Taken King changed and improved. I myself think that the Twerkin' King was everything Destiny was supposed to be. It had a lot of cutscenes that made sense, it had proper character development and it had s story driven towards a raid and it made sense. But having lost Joe Staten, everything was changed last minute. And no doubt everything about what we see in today's story of destiny, was vastly different. For better or worse, doesn't matter.

1 AntwortenIt would be beyond mentally retarded if the team at bungie didnt have an idea of what they would do after vanilla. Quit bitching

1 AntwortenLet's be honest. Everything was at one point planned to be in vanilla
