Who else is hesitant about Rise of Iron?
Huge destiny fan/player here, but idk man, Bungie really has to make some awesome additions in order for me to fork up some more $$$
I'm looking forward to seeing what Rise of Iron holds, but I'm keeping my expectations in check.
Edit: did not expect this to pick up a lot of chatter! I'm really glad to see all of these conversations have been grounded and not trolly. I thank you for that. I'll be responding back to most of ya when I get back!
Edit #2 After the Stream: Alright, what they showed seems pretty neat. I'm interested to see the crucible side of things. Also that Hammer looks cool, but too bad it's not a Heavy Weapon.

I highly doubt any player who has been through Vanilla, TBB, HoW, TTK and April Update with massive Grimoires will just suddenly abandon Destiny. You, like me, are one of those guys.

Whether it's gonna be an amazing huge dlc or a mediocre add on, im gonna get it because i just can't put this game down. That being said, i don't have big expectations. If you ask me, I'm willing to bet it's not much more than a few hours of gameplay with more light gaps and re-skins

2 AntwortenI'm not pre ordering this time I'm going to see if I get locked out of already purchased content for not buying the new dlc and I'm going to see what my friends think of it after a couple of weeks. If after say 4-5 weeks they still say it's good then I'll probably get it

Looks like they've put a lot of effort into the locations, I'm hoping the enemies are more than just reskinned Fallen. But 3 months away? They need to reveal something tonight that will keep us going until then. Because I'm not sure I can last another 3 months, theres not much left for me to do and I'm losing motivation.
