This is goodbye
No, this is not a post complaining how bad the game is. Actually,I loved this game. I had a lot of good memories and I've made a lot of friends playing. And before you say anything, yes, I'm aware how stupid a decision this was. I regret every part of it and would never wish this upon anyone.
So I was playing destiny with a new found friend when one of his friends joined the party. I know I can't name them but you know who you are, you -blam!-. Anyways, this guy goes on about how he hadn't played in awhile and his character made that apparent. He wanted to license transfer the taken king. I'm a pretty easy going guy so I agreed when he asked. Obviously a bad choice.
I give him the info and whatnot and he does the license transfer stuff. I get on the the next day and start doing some of the taken king stuff with him. I had to get off for a little while so I said my goodbyes and left. I didn't get on the rest of the night and didn't join his party the next day as I was watching a show on Netflix. Well anyways, when I get on the next day, I get the notification saying my profile was last signed in on another console. [b]f[/b]uck.
Turns out, he deleted all of my characters. All of them. I had three level 40 characters with a combined total of like, 1600 hours. I don't really know what I expected when I decided to trust this guy. Obviously learned my lesson there.
Sorry for the long read, but I needed to get this out there. It's been a hell of a ride. I've been playing since beta so this is kinda tough. I'm really bummed I won't be able to play the new expansion thing that's coming out. Well anyways, this is goodbye. For good.

The only time I gave my account info to someone was my close friend and I gave it to him to level up my account on Call of Duty Ghosts cuz I hated the game, and even after did that I changed the password. I do not think he knew what he was doing, but it takes a good solid minute of holding down X in order to even initiate the delete, and then A to confirm. Since he is only 2, I assume fate was just working against me...or possibly my wife was involved somehow... ...the plot...it thickens...
