If You Don't Have At Least 3,975 Kills With Ghorn
Opinion is immediately invalidated.
Edit: To all the weenies saying that they have less than 3,975 kills with it because they only used it on bosses, you didn't use the Ghorn enough to have a valid opinion. Simple as that.
Edit: To all those who have 3,975 kills, I recommend to keep grinding. For the next 6 months, I will play on legacy strikes and and constantly use heavy ammo synths. I plan to get up to 40,000 kills. Be ready.

Bought it in week 2, assumed it was shit like everyone else and never actually used it on Atheon. Only realised its worth during HM Crota.
